Returning or exchanging a Maison Ypaga's piece of iewellery is simple. 

You can try all of M.Y. jewellery on at home, with the peace of mind that you can exchange it or be fully refunded within 14 days after delivery. 

For Europe, the US and Japan

If you live outside of the UK, Maison Ypaga accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your package.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility (we are sorry but this allows us to offer you a fair price on Maison Ypaga’s articles in the first place).

Terms

Certain conditions must be met in order to make an exchange or return. The piece of jewellery must be in perfect condition, never worn, in its original jewellery box, and still have its tag attached.
